Pick-up is available Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm. Once your order is ready for collection, we will be in touch. If you need more flexibility, message Jem to arrange a weekend time slot.

Courier transit times depend on location. You will receive tracking details via email once the courier has been booked.
If there will not be someone at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, please provide instructions on where your order can be left safely in the Special Instructions field at checkout.
Some larger items, for example the full size ThreadBoard panels, are not available to ship via courier. If you would like a quote for delivery of these items, please email cuts@likebutter.com.au.
We are currently unable to ship outside of Australia.
