What makes it custom?

Custom furniture is furniture that is designed and built to meet your specific needs and preferences. It is made-to-order for you and not available for purchase off-the-shelf.

How much does it cost?

The costs vary depending on the materials used, the complexity of the design, and the labour involved. It is generally more expensive than buying a piece of furniture off-the-shelf, but you will get a piece tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Note that our minimum charge for a custom item is $1200.

What is the process?

1. Submit a quote request.
2. We'll review and contact you via your preferred method within 2-3 business days.
3. Once we have all the information we need we'll provide a quote.
4. We'll give you a call to follow up and chat details.
4. To proceed a 50% deposit is required.
5. Production drawings are prepared for your review and approval.
6. We make your project!

How long with it take?

The lead time will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the workload of our production schedule at the time - typically, we quote 4-8 weeks.

Can I make changes after I have ordered?

Yes, it depends on the stage of production the project is in. We will produce drawings for your review and include two rounds of minor changes during the design process.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final product?

We will work hard to ensure nothing is missed at the design and detailing stage, including drawings, samples and 3D models. We will always work with you to remedy the situation if something has been missed.
