Clip Crates are the evolution of the plywood crates we started making in 2011 from workshop offcuts for friends and family. That original crate ran away on us. We sold over 15,000 before we redesigned it into the Clip Crate: flat-packable, shippable nationwide, stronger and more flexible than what came before.
Most people use them for records, but we've seen books, Lego, household detritus, hallway stacks, makeshift wardrobes, and hi-fi setups with a turntable on top. Mix sizes, or grab a bundle if you already know the count.
We build them in Castlemaine from Australian grown Hoop Pine plywood. A few white birch variants are still listed while we sell through old stock.
